A Rafael de la Hoz building

New building in the Madrid neighborhood of Salamanca

Flooded with natural light, privacy, large spaces, monumental and representative details, cutting-edge technology and excellent finishing touches. Rafael de la Hoz has reasons to be excited about this new project, creating an impressive and yet sustainable building.

Lagasca99 was designed from the inside out basing each decision on the spaces lodged therein. The building's façade conveys the architectural language of our times. Fine materials and cutting-edge technologies blend together in the setting of Salamanca.

The only new building project in Salamanca that offers four free-standing façades. Modern, efficient, bright, with one-of-a-kind amenities and services in Madrid.
